Michael A.B. Robbins has over twenty (20) years of real estate legal experience providing expertise and a team approach for clients dealing with complex residential and commercial real-estate matters. He serves as an exceptional intermediary assuming responsibility for the buyer and seller representation, collaborating with real estate agents and top ranked financial institutions plus working effectively with government agencies. He ensures that meticulous title searches and all documents for a closing are complete. Michael is passionate about his profession and is successful at demystifying complex real estate issues that enable clients to manage risk and make the best decisions. His clients range from first time home buyers and sellers, commercial property owners with high value properties, savvy real estate investors, and leading financial institutions.

He is a New England native and graduated from the University of Rhode Island and Suffolk University Law School. Michael is licensed in four states including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Florida. He helps coordinate his firm’s educational services for the benefit of realtors‚ lenders‚ buyers and sellers that will advance their opportunities for success. Michael is a certified Mediator in compliance with Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court statutory requirements.

He is an experienced investor in single family, multifamily and foreclosed properties and serves in a pro bono capacity as a member of his town’s Zoning Board of Appeals where he makes appropriate recommendations and decisions for ensuring complex regulations are applied fairly for residents and businesses.

As part of his commitment to customer service, and in light of recent explosive growth in the Real Estate sector, Attorney Michael Robbins of Crowley & Cummings LLC, has added Melissa  Crawford to his Westborough-based office team. Melissa who has 30 + years in the real estate industry, will join Attorney Robbins in guiding buyers and sellers through every part of the transaction, and providing added value as they navigate the process.

 

Melissa has handled various aspects of the loan process – from opening to post-close.  She has extensive experience building relationships with her clients and is adept at making them feel both valued and at ease.

Melissa understands the intricacies of the home buying process and she will assist Attorney Robbins with guiding clients through each aspect of their purchase or sale.
